Privacy

• This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds nothing from a third party, and loads no remote font. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• The desktop application sends nothing anywhere. Your invoice, contract and operational data stay on your machine.
• If you send an early-access request, we hold what you typed, in order to reply to you.

The pages are static. Every asset — the two typefaces, the icons, the product screenshots — is served from this site’s own origin, and the content policy the site sends refuses to load anything from anywhere else.

• No cookies. None are set and none are read, first- or third-party.
• No analytics and no session replay. There is no tracking script, no pixel, no tag manager and no fingerprinting.
• No embedded third parties. No fonts from a font CDN, no maps, no video host, no chat widget, no social buttons.
• Server logs. Whatever host this site is served from will keep ordinary request logs — an IP address, a timestamp, a path, a user agent — for its own operation. That is a property of hosting a website, and it is named here rather than omitted.

A browser’s own behaviour is unaffected by us: nothing on this site asks for a permission, reads storage, or attempts to identify you between visits.

BillDelta is a local Windows application with no server component. The reconciliation path contains no network call, no telemetry and no analytics, and the application window is denied network access at the browser-engine level.

Beyond that, the product is built so that personal data from your operational exports cannot be stored at all: a column reaches the local database only by being mapped to one of a fixed list of operational fields, and that list contains no name, e-mail address, telephone number or postal address. Columns that look like personal data are dropped before a preview is even built, and are named in the import report so you can see they were discarded.

The security page describes how that boundary is built and how it is tested.

The request form asks for a work e-mail address, a company name and, optionally, an approximate monthly fulfillment spend. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is inferred.

This deployment has no submission endpoint configured, so the form does not transmit anything by itself: it composes an e-mail in your own mail client, which you send — or do not send — yourself. Nothing reaches us until you press send in your own software.
